We dispatch Monday to Friday (excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed before 2pm AKT on a business day are dispatched the same day for all in-stock items. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.
Out-of-stock items show an estimated dispatch date on the product page. We'll email you if this changes after your order is placed.
During sales events (e.g. Black Friday) or following public holidays, dispatch times may extend by 1–2 days. We'll display a notice on site when this is the case.

We ship worldwide via UPS, FedEx and USPS International. All international shipments are fully tracked. Rates and times by zone:

Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and dimensions. Some oversized items (e.g. full exhausts, body panels) may incur additional freight charges.
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. You can track your parcel directly on the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on your chosen service) or via the link in your dispatch email.
You can also view order status and tracking in your account under Order History.
Some items — including full exhaust systems, bumpers, bonnets and body panels — are classified as oversized or heavy freight and are shipped via a dedicated pallet or courier service. These items are clearly marked on the product page.
Freight items typically have a lead time of 1–3 additional days and will be quoted separately at checkout. For very large items, we may contact you to arrange delivery logistics before dispatch.
For international deliveries, you may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees charged by your country's authorities. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
We are unable to mark packages as "gift" or undervalue customs declarations. Doing so is illegal and could result in your package being seized.
International customers: we recommend checking your local customs thresholds before ordering to avoid unexpected import fees. We declare all packages at their full commercial value.
If your tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your parcel, first check with neighbours and any safe place locations shown in the carrier's delivery notification.
If you cannot locate the parcel:
Claims for lost parcels cannot be processed more than 28 days after the dispatch date.
