These terms apply to all visitors, customers and users of our website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance.
By placing an order you make an offer to purchase the products at the listed price. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm receipt by email, but this does not constitute acceptance of your order.
A contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, availability changes, or suspected fraud.
Important: You are responsible for verifying that parts are compatible with your specific vehicle before ordering. Use your chassis number (VIN) for accuracy. We provide fitment guidance in good faith but cannot guarantee compatibility for every vehicle variant.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement.
All prices are displayed in USD. Applicable sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your state. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken at the time of order. For bank transfer orders, goods are dispatched once cleared funds are received.
In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order. You may proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Promotional codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied retrospectively. Only one code may be used per order.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched same day for in-stock items. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed unless an express service is selected.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address; we cannot be held liable for non-delivery due to customer error. For full details see our Shipping Policy.
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within this period in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Parts must be returned unused, uninstalled and in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrectly sent. For full details see our Returns Policy.
The following are excluded from our returns policy: electrical components once plugged in, special-order parts, and items clearly used or installed.
All products carry a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Genuine BMW parts carry BMW AG's standard warranty terms. Many performance brands offer extended warranties — see individual product listings.
Warranties do not cover wear and tear, incorrect installation, use outside the manufacturer's specification, or damage resulting from accident or modification.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or consequential damages.
Incorrect installation of parts — particularly safety-critical components such as brakes and suspension — can cause injury or death. We strongly recommend professional installation for any safety-related part.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Alaska. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable US federal or state consumer protection law.
